held regarding the collapse of the bridge, this committee was formed. |

10-23 Second public meeting
held Jackson County Reps. Dave Kanner and Mike Kuntz met with this
committee to discuss possible options to replace the bridge. A
feasibility report for several alternatives was underway. |

January 2004 |
|
1-10 Meeting held with
Jackson County Commissioners to establish this committee as the key
point of contact for the county regarding the replacement of the bridge. |

2-18 Committee recognized as
incorporated by the State of Oregon. |

|
Dave Kanner of Jackson County
indicated the feasibility study had been completed. Meeting
scheduled for 4-6-2004 |

April 2004 |
|
4-6 Public meeting was
held at the high school with County Roads Dept. and Commissioners to
review bridge replacement options. 83 of 120 in attendance voted
to replace the bridge with a new covered timber truss bridge. We
now have a defined direction. |

| 6-28 General Meeting held. Strategic Plan for fund raising Started.
First fund raising event held at Rooster Crow. New website
created. Election held to expand board and select new chairperson.
Overall committee organization and activity Roadmap being defined. |

7-26 General Meeting held. Civil Engineering firm
selection process started by Jackson County. |
|

8-23 General Meeting held. Roadmap completed and presented to committee.
Subcommittee leader volunteers in place. Volunteer sign up for
